I got my daughter a cell through Rogers , what a mistake . She paid for a extra warranty . When her cell broke they were rude to her sent her to the other side of town where the store was closed she went back another day they were so rude to her there too took her cell gave her no information , number to call nothing just rude , a month went by no call she went back again so rude to her no cell I got her a phone through a different company at this point . Rogers still hasn't returned or called about the cell however they send bills for it I have argued repeatedly with them asked several times for them to cancel it since they haven't even returned it . They refuse and keep billing me . They are outrageous , so horrible to talk to . I am so frustrated .
