ive used rogers, bell, telus and more. i have found rogers is by far the worst service in canada. i used to work for rogers and have seen and been told to add extra billing charges on senior accounts in hopes the customer would not catch on. many times we got away with it and customers would pay for charges that were not really owed. we were told to add a simple $5 for every customer we felt was a prick over the phone, we used to troll certain accounts and slow down their internet speeds and traffic. this is still ongoing in rogers for all services they offer, we used to access rogers email accounts and delete messages before the client could read them. there is so much corruption within the company and we were always told "make the shareholders happy, not the customer" i recently quit my job with rogers and now i work for apple, i told my new boss what was going on with rogers and he directed me to this site. at apple we are working on a boycott against rogers. i advise people to always check your billing statement, DO NOT use @rogers email services, and watch your internet speeds. rogers is a very corrupt company and they do get away with a lot, mainly because they pick on the senior citizen accounts and the older people dont know they are being billed extra charges. my final year with rogers we received $20,000 bonus for taking part in their illegal activities and not reporting it.
