Fucking Rogers is trying to rip me off

Im using rogers prepaid phone.

I have to make a payment every month even if

I have some money in my prepaid balance.

and if you dont make a payment to top the money on,

I lose the money in my balance.

and there are 3 ways to make a payment.

I tried credit card method.

and the rogers automatic service said

" They have technical difficulties."

So I tried another method.

Using prepaid paid rogers card purchased at convenience store.

I bought one for $10 at Shopper's drug mart.

and All I could get was

" Please tried with another pincode"

What the fuck?

They made it impossible to make a payment.

And I am supposed to lose my money in my balance for Roger's fault?
