I was on Bell for about a year then had to move to ACN to avoid the Gouging and milking of customers by bell not to mention there out right lies i had accidently been given a fix by a bell tech and my service was on par for what i was paying for for about 2 weeks i got close to 7mbp/s service in guelph on Canada near Willow Rd. infact it would peek higher but once bell found out it immedaitely dropped ...back even worse then the 4meg service i had been getting when paying for 7meg ...then i got the shock of bandwidth (only later did they include that in Large print) ...so i was happy with ACN for about 2 years then  in Dec Jan of 2010/11 it happened QoS dropped that was corected withine 2 weeks of neg. and speed went back up to 4.5 4.8 megs/s while paying for over 5meg now there both saying that 3megs is the most i can get...when my neighbour is being ripped off by them by getting the new 10/12 service and is getting 10mges  on his modem... go figure bunch of liars..They will fail and fall it will collapse on its self this year i guarantee it they are oposing greater forces they do not understand "The HEAVENS RULE THE EARTH " AND THE EARTH SHALL KNOW IT IN 2012.
