Well, just stop using your cell if you don't like the prices. In Europe, nobody pays for incoming calls, and many voice plans are 1c/min. When I first visited Canada I was quite puzzled to learn people here consider it normal to pay if somebody calls you! This is f@#$ed up, to say the least.
