By the way my phone is an Iphone 4.
Still not working as it should.
I have researched the issue extensively and know that A T&T customers in the states have experienced the exact same issues with the Iphone 4 and AT&T's network which is does not offer strong enough signals just like Rogers in Canada.
I don't think it's fair that Rogers is not admitting this to customers that their network is not compatible with Iphone 4 and will make it look like a phone issue. Oh let's change the phone, let's change the SIM card, let's reset your phone etc...when really let's get real it's not the phone. IT's clearly a phone to network issue. And I find it highly ridiculous that there is a wh ole 6 page post on this issue yet Rogers management claims this is the first they heard of the issue. I categorically told management go to your community forum and read complaints for goodness sakes.
So what's the resolution - as long as Rogers doesn't fix the network issue, the most we unsatisfied customers can do is spread the word on how unreliable their network is fwhen using Iphone 4.
I hope Rogers realizes word of mouth spread really fast .
You want to be a Telecom Giant then you better act the part, otherwise there's plenty of other companies cropping up that will wipe you right out. Monopoly days are over.
