I sadly had all three services form rogers (cell,net,tv) What a big mistake it was. I cancelled ,my internet services since they dropped my original alotted bandwith from 60gigs a month to 2gigs a month (and I stilll paid the same price). Well after the 30 day cancellation period was over, I was still being charged for it. I called rogers at least 4 times to correct their mistake ( and rogers chargerd me for long distance to them-for trying to fix their mess-up ???) Additionally they charged me late payment fees based on their incorret amounts due. Rogers didnt do really anything about their billing screw up. They insisted I pay the amount due and they would correct/credit me next month. Well this went on for 4 months (with no credits applied or account billing corrections applied) and was just finally resolved. I am so frustrated with how lousy rogers is. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Boycott rogers as they are incompetent, cheating rip-off artists... The best part after months of trying to resolve their screw-ups, they tried to offer me a so called deal..."If you sign a 3 yr contract with us we can save you up to $8 of your future bills" I would never sign anything with those scam artists again..Consider yourself warned. Stay away from rogers...
