Had a phone with Telus everyhing was ok for about 6 months. I used roughly 100-150
per month. Then all the sudden I started getting bills saying that I was using 900-1100 minutes per month. This went on every month afterward I had to pay for
minutes above 300. Finally I disconnected my cell phone took out the battery and
chip and stored them in a locked box. The following month I got a bill saying that I had used 200 minutes!!! How?? the f'n phone was disassembled and locked up. I then
canceled my subscription and now was geting threatening bills saying I owed $980
o get out of account. Aftter a few months I saw a segment on W5 were other people
have complaint about the same thing.
Now six years later I still have a bad credit rating over my neck (guess from whom)
Since I switched cell companies I'm back to 100-200 minutes / month and have been
for the last 6 years.
