Rogers sucks;
I'm trying to get the bulk update ISO files at
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/913086
and every time I start a DL they cut me off and the DL fails but I still get charged for the Gigabytes of usage

and the Modem is supposed to be a 1.5Mbps unit but I never get any higher than 150Kbps DL speed  for any length of time and usually it's closer to 24 - 48Kbps
bunch of crooks
They doubled my bill and I still get crap service.
