Rogers! Fix your website so that I can adjust my account, it has no problem showing me my bill and how much I owe but when it comes to properly managing my account and changing my plan the message "we are currently experiencing technical difficulties" shows up! For a company that makes thousands and thousands of dollars of MY money they sure cant afford to help their customers! I HATE THIS COMPANY! I'm American and I've had affordable cell service and they are ripping off Canadians! Something needs to happen.....
