All these people can't be wrong. When the complaints are many and all the same then there must be some truth to it.

That's like saying just because a drug dealer is offering a service they are doing nothing wrong. Your customer service is terrible by the way, but the problem isn't you providing a service, its the fact you lie cheat and steal and act as if its normal. People don't just get this angry for nothing stop being such a narcissist and take your head out of your ass, if your supposed to be representing rogers you should be fired. The customer is always right, its not your place to tell us what is what, your not "the hand that feeds us" there are other providers of the exact same service.

You monopolize the services you provide which allows you to set the bar at whatever you want. Are we all made of money? Do we all want our money to go to a money hungry monopoly? Not to mention dealing with Rogers if they make a mistake is always the most painful thing you have to do in life. Not to mention their lack of customer service.

Also I age with Howdy Dowdy if some many people are complaining something is wrong. Rogers cant ignore it forever. They cant even provide stable service on the campus of UWO from 11am til 5pm you will have an 80-85% failure in sending texts, making/getting calls, and dont even think of browsing the web. I have been a Rogers customer since I have turned 18 and I have had nothing but problems, they are a huge company that walks all over their customers. I am sure you would have a lot less "hand outs" if people had somewhere else to go.

If you offer something people love, you'll have customers for life. Instead, the only value customers have to you is "ARPU" - their "average return per user." Extort as much out of your clients as long as you can. Funny, carriers in Europe have much greater competition yet they offer better service at a fraction of the cost and they're doing fine.
