First my iPhone was stolen, police said Rogers could trace it, but they did not and they would not offer any replacement. Second I have 2 other phones with Rogers, I was told at renewal time I'll keep same discounted package that I had, they did not, I spent many hours on hold and talked to too many customer service rep. and still I am paying more than I did before, I paid the $300.00 for cancelling the first one and I am saving to cancel the other two, and Never Ever with Rogers again even for free.
