bell ripped me off,my phone craped out,qn the 53rd week of a 3 year contract,spent over 300hrs complaining ,they send me a cheaper phone,dissatisfied, i sent it back,and now they want a 1000$ for my sph-620.still have it,and the (better phone-joke-510 model wich they have but are charging me for it anyway.before they get a red cent,ill go banckrupt first(about 900$) want to know if its possible to hook the phone with some other non rip off provider (with fido now ,pay as you go ,quite pleased with them)was with bell for 10years at 50 a mo. 70 a month the last 2 years,w\internet,so pissed off i canceled my home phone and went w\cable phone service-switched my dad ,and sister to fido and telus ,no problem with thees people like bell,who think they are god,asked bell to take me to court but they wont because they would loose,have over 20 hrs of recorded conversation about this bull shit , i got good cop bab-mesn cop treatment,one says ok the other says no way,this went on for 2 months .told them to go f@#$ themselves and cancelled all bell services ,now im being sued for 1000$.that what you get after staying loyal to them for ten years w\same number(even though i knew they charged too much,but i got good service-i thought, and 35 years with home phone.they look out for them.,selves, all they want is your money BEWARE OF BELL MOBILITY, they think they are the best,but every day someone is witching from them because they are the most expensive provider on the planet,if they keep it up no one willwant to stay w\them.check around-theres better deals w\other provider w\better value & customer service,that will meet or be better BELL IS FOR SUCKERS/
Dont buy from bell canada or bell mobility the iPhone
Dont buy your iPhone from any carrier as you will not own the device, the carrier will.
even when purchased cash they will own the device and you will simply be carrying it around for them.
Bell mobility and Bell Canada are openly misleading consumers to beleive that the phone is owned by the purchaser, not true.
I think the strangle hold the carrier's have on the Canadian people needs to stop.
I've decided to petition the government on these issues. And I have stronge want to find every and all customers that are or have been screwed by the carrier's who, have been placed into financial hardships becuase of this practice.
I would like for the people to stand up with me and fight the wrong doings of these corporate giants, who's sole purpose is to extort money from the common poor people.
Bell Canada Fuckers!!! I had a TV account with them that I canceled over a year ago. I moved 17 hours south, apperently the asshole who I canceled with didnt cancel my account, so they left it open and kept billing me. I spent 5 hours speaking with 14 Bell representatives, who all kept saying "we are so sorry we would cancel the charge if we could...we can see that it was our mistake, but since you didnt contact us sooner there is nothing we can do..the debt has already been sent to a collection agency" What the fuck! So now I have to pay $520.45 because you guys fucked up! I FUCKING HATE BELL PERIOD.
