1. Poor quality of reception line

2. Over-priced cell phone plans

3. Poor customer service

well they bought all the spectrum (gsm frequencies that iphone uses) from the government.

Almost always am I faced with not being able to load my information/profile after logging in to the rogers website. It's always having "technical" difficulties. I'm sick of it. And I've been twice robbed of my speed boost option. I wish another US company would come in and take over.
