I work for Rogers...and Im sick of talking to immigrants who cant even speak any official language. All they DO know how to say is "deal" and "free", and every second call is one of "them". When you speak to them or answer their questions, they dont understand because I....need.....to.....speak....verrrrrrry....slowwwwly.... and....make....all....the....other....customers...wait....forever....on...hold...
And because these calls take so long, the company penalizes employees when the call is longer than a pre-determined amount of seconds....hence no bonuses etc.
Im sick of it and am leaving the company next week...you have driven me to the point of quitting! good riddence you cheapskate deal-seeking morons. I have told the company that they should have a "new to canada and dont know the lingo line" but they have yet to explore that possibility I guess.
