I almost got an iPhone 3GS recently after checking out reports of other carriers (apparently bad coverage on Bell...)
I saw the price for the cheapest plan - $65/month. Woah! That's a bit high, but I guess it's a smartphone... ah well, I already pay $57.17 a month for my $35 plan, so this isn't much more... and so it only allows 250 minutes instead of my 100/1000 now - that's ok, if nothing else I can Skype the difference if I run low since I'd usually use Wi-fi anyway...
Then I saw that the bare essentials like caller ID are another $20 on top of that. $20 for caller ID? Are you shitting me, guys? "Yeah, here's your car just as listed in the ad! Oh, you want tires? That'll be another $1000!"
You know what? Keep it. I have a KRZR, an iPod Touch, a GPS, and a camera. These plan prices aren't unreasonable - they're completely delusional.
