Rogers is big time rip off and thier customer service is sucks..they nver tell u the truth..whnevr u wanna call them for simple issue u hv to tk whole day off n talk to thm still ur prob is not resolved, top of tht thy hv 100 diff departments for no reason..I m so freaking tired of them.. as soon as my contract finish in august i m giong to move on with diff cell phone company..or i will stop using cell phone coz rogers charge alot as well..my monthly plan is only 25$ but i get bill for almost 150$ i dont knw how thy count the min Poor Taste?

Rogers do not care people they only care their money. They will over charge you and when you complain the will give no resolution so you can cancel , then they will charge you " 200 - 400 " per service. People wake up & find a company that respects those who pays their salary. I have stoped every service of rogers & will never go back to rogers. Besides that , file a complaint to the CRTC & BBB... Even though they control both boards or most of them.

Maybe you should watch your usage and research plans on rogers.com , as a consumer it is your responsibilty to monitor those things . You use the services , choose your plan , and Rogers just bills you accordingly. But judging from your writing , you may have a severe lack of intelligence which may be excusable for you not knowing. My point is monitor your bill , if you want to know what your billed for , go to generally page 3 or 4 , then you will get a thorough breakdown of your usage and your plan
