I ordered the iphone from rogers as a hardware upgade, I was not interested in the iphone but they sold me. Not having any experience with appple products.
After ordering it took over 35 day to get the phone when they had said it would ship with in 2 days. I also changed my phone plan to the my 5 and added a data plan this was to be $65 a month . Because the phone took so long to ship I was told that the plans that I had wanted were part of offers no longer available and my bill would be $95 a month more than I wanted all because they lost the order for my phone. After 4 days of calls they agreed to the $65 but I know have realized they did not implement this. I have just spent anoth 30 min to get them to adjust bill. Lets see what happens.
While I was waiting for the phone they told me if I wanted to cancel the order and have them re order the phone so I could get it that I would have to pay full price as I had already used my hardware upgrade.??? I got the phone and all was good untill I checked the bill for hardware upgrade and realized they charged me $50 more than I was told they would for the hardware upgrade. I called again and they said thet they sent the 16GB not the 8 GB I ordered. Remember this is my first experence with apple. I did not notice the switch untill 6 weeks later now they will not give any rebate and say it was my responsibility to inform them and by keeping the phone I agreed to pay the higher amount.
