Please look to Europe and the States if you want to do good business, emulate the phone companies there!! As long as you continue to put your customers last and profits first I will be boycotting your mobile services along with my partner. I'd rather just live without a cellphone than pay extortionate amounts for a poor service! Since emigrating to Canada 3 years ago I've gone from being a full time cell phone user while in the UK to user to not even owning or using one in Canada, it says a lot!
