I was just told a week ago I could get an upgrade, I show up at the store today and ask for a White 32GB iPhone, and they told me the plan was cancelled Sept 15th with no warning. I escalated as far as I could, and was told nothing could be done, the program had been cancelled. I ask why I was not told that my free upgrade would expire, and they said they did not know that it would be cancelled when they told me it was available. They are just jerking my chain, I am sure a consumer protection law has been viloated as well as myself as a so called GOOD ROGERS CUSTOMER that now qualifies for a free upgrade. Ya Right Rogers, I love the phone, I hate your politics.

the 'offer' was never cancelled it was extended until the 15th of sept.  (after that.. like any sale or 'offer' it expires.  Promotions aren't available forever idiot).  It was "officially" over way before that, they extended it twice.  Man people on this site don't know what the hell they are arguing about.  

JP, again you're a hypocrite, why do you assume someone is an idiot just because you can't understand what they're saying?  Also, if the "offer" was extended to Sept 15, why then on Aug 29th was Arman Amin told they couldn't get the upgrade?  Rogers should have notified its customers of the changes, it's one of our rights as consumers, the right to be informed and the right to consumer education.
