Replacing System Access Fee "SAF" by GRRF, Government Regulatory Recovery Fee plus $5 "RPO" Rip People Off fee ends up with the same MSF. Giving out shitty non saleable Enhanaced Services . Who Called, Call Manager and Call Forwarding ???? Why no Call Display and Voice Mail.
