completely agreed! rogers is absolutely ridiculous & i'm so sick and tired of having to "re-sign" a contract. not only does my bill come to almost $100/mo for a phone i don't even WANT (because the idiots didn't order enough of the iphones -- like hello, being backordered on them for three months is completely UNACCEPTABLE!!!), but they treat people in a three year contract like SHIT. i would much rather buy out my contract than have them dick me around constantly, sneaking things onto my bill, over-charging for services, charging me roaming when i'm not even using my phone (ect)... i can understand some things, but treating someone in a three year contract like their concerns don't matter because of "policy" is absolutely infuriating!

WE NEEEEED MORE OPTIONS & a company that will provide good service and rates w/o charging up the ass for things like "air time" (which, we all know DOESNT exist!!!)
