Ok it's official, ROGERS CUSTOMERS are the DUMBEST mutherfuckers on the earth. Do you all realize how stupid you sound? Why would a person jump into a LEGAL CONTRACT and NOT read the fucking thing before they sign it? Is it because your so moronic to think if you call in all pissy and say NO ONE TOLD ME ABOUT....that they would let you out of a legal binding CONTRACT? You fucking morons get what you deserve Read the damn thing before you call whining that you dropped your phone in the toilet only 2 weeks after getting it. Hmmm wow you may figure out that Rogers is not responsible for you being the idiots that you are and not take care of stuff assuming they will give you something for FREE... Damn i better go back to the car dealership because even though I agreed to buy my current car some fucking asshole that parked beside me scratched it and I think the dealer should give me a new one for FREE just because... LMFAO moronsssssssssssssssssssss get a fuckin clue already!!!

For some reason, I believe that you are not aware of how these agreements are executed when you register a contract at a cell phone company.
I work with contracts on a regular basis (energy retailer) so I know the ins and outs of contracts.  Being in an energy retailer industry, we only deal with contracts.  
When you register for a cell phone plan, you receive your terms and conditions AFTER you sign up for the agreement.  In addition, the representatives who sell these phones and plans do not always advise you of the information provided in the contract.  Terms and conditions should be provided to the customer with the allowance of a cooling off period.  Once you sign that dotted line, you agree to the contract with it's terms and conditions; however, I believe that your stores will allow you to go through the terms and conditions prior to signing.

I recently switched to Rogers from Telus, the dealer allowed me to read the TOS before i signed anything . The paper work was handed to be before he went ahead and signed me up. We as consumers need to do what we should to protect ourselves. If you sign without reading or even ask what you are siging not to mention after hearing you are signing a contract TO READ IT first. No company forces you to sign before reading, hell you go get a gym membership and they hand you the tos, how about take a minute to READ what you are signing. SIMPLE!!!!
