Okay enough of this whining, I know the plans offered by Rogers aren't that great but theyre not bad by Canadian standards. We'll have to suck it up untill competition arrives.
But anyone that whines about Rogers, should take another look into how they deal with Rogers. Rogers while having many problems, is one of the company's that tries hardest to retain your business because they know they screw up all the time. Next time you talk to a CSR thats being an idiot, ask to talk to customer relations and explain to them how you were wronged by the company and explain your situation. Regular CSR's don't have the power to really do much, relations does.
Oh and don't be an idiot and whine and complain unless your complaint is legitimate, because when it comes down to it theyre a business and not everything can be free. Just remember you can get a deal, but be prepared to work for it and call back multiple times if you can't get a good rep at relations not all reps are equal.
I only pay $12.50 a month for a plan thats worth $80+, just be smart and don't be a whining idiot that screams at them. Be professional in your tone and treat them with respect uptill the point they stop treating you with it. When that happens tell them to shove it up there ass and contact the office of the president or someone from CSR's management line (they are really cool and totally want to help you out).
Seriously guys you don't have much longer to wait for the competition to arrive so quit whining and make the best of what you have.
