Rogers is truly a marvel when it comes to corporate UNresponsibility. They started to charge me for incoming texts (.15 cents times about 200 received), yes, that comes out to 30 dollars for only INCOMING TEXTS, NOT outgoing. I still have to phone them and yell at them for about the 100th time, in literal not figurative terms. The only way you can get a good deal is to bark orders and use scare tactics and tell them you are switching to Bell. I won't lie, when it comes to my cellphone deal, its awesome, everything else they offer is over priced just like their competition but unlike their competition, they do not care about the customer whatsoever. I don't know if Ted Rogers was a loyal and humble CEO, but if he was, he must be rolling in his grave right now. Either way, fuck him and fuck ROGERS COMMUNICATIONS up the arse.

I fucking hate rogers, they steal my money, put me in rediculous contracts that are FUCKKKEEDDDDDD and now im in my lecture ranting about them, and probably failing my course.. thanks roger, steal my money then make sure i dont have a future career to pay you back once im in debt...... The bluejays suck too.

Rogers is by far the worst company out there.  Their management is rediculous and should be fired.  they screw up all the times and appologize over again and then repeat it.  One solution, I droped them and went to Bell, best choice I ever made.

A fish stinks from the head up so don;t blame the customer service as the management are responsible for the company and they stink and are totally useless.  Just make it easier for you and drop them, I did and am very happy now.
