You (rogerzsuccs) are  apparently  living in a self-imposed vacuum. Do you have any idea what you are talking about? There is hardly anyone   in the US who is pleased with AT&T's iPhone plans. True Rogers' is poor, even worse then AT&T - but really that is not saying much. I say, until Rogers/Fido can provide a decent plan - without a 3 year contract and fair  voice and data transfer plans, go with the Second Generation iPod touch. You can, after all make brilliant phone calls using the free truephone app. That's right - phone calls with the Touch, using WiFi and bypassing the cellular network completely.

You obviously have never had any dealings with AT&T. I've had service with them for narly 10years. (I am a consultant working in the USA).

THey are worse than Rogers in other areas . .call quality, dropped calls, Digial phones forced to us the older cellular protocol in many parts of the USA, not to mention iPhone data throttling for high 3g usage customes. Just remeber, they are 1000 time bigger than Rogers, and many more times incompetant.

Yes! I totally agree. AT&T used to be called "Cingular Mobile" or something like that when they operated in Canada. They have amazing service! SCREW ROGERS! SCREW FIDO! SCREW TELUS! SCREW BELL! SCREW VERIZON! Screw all you greedy service providers, WE WANT AT&T IN CANADA!

I agree! I have rogers, and I could not hate them more. I wish at&t service would come back to Canada. Better deals and better service, UNLIKE rogers who minimize there internet by $10, yet cut their usage by more than half. (eg $50 for 60GB/Month to $40 for 25GB/Month. WTF is that). It's unfair and practically robbery. I want my moneys worth. BRING AT&T to Canada, PLEASE!!!! AND F**K YOU MORONS WHO LOVE ROGERS. Bring AT&T to Canada.   We need a better company in Canada.  I get better service on my cell when I am in the U.S. than when I am at home.   It's time for a better company to come into Canada.... AT&T!
