I have gotten four bills for my i-phone for over 500$ each. The plan I signed up for was 75$ a month. And I barely use it. I would have no problem paying something I owed, but they REFUSE to tell me how my bill is broken down, where I went over, ect. I've paid two of them, but they keep coming and I can't afford to keep paying. When I call they keep telling me to pay the bills and THEN the problem will be resolved. So far the two bills I have paid have never been resolved. My credit rating is getting slaughtered and I have no idea what to do.
My friend had a similar problem last year and she eventually took them to court where she won. She was reembursed in ROGER'S CREDIT! That's pointless! I will never go with Roger's again!
