Seems Im not the only one here fed up with this corporate GIANT, had to cancel internet with them because of billing practice, they offer me free two month promo for TMN (movie network) then charge me for it after I cancelled it. I call up and they have a way of explaining away their cleverly crafted marketing strategies! thats why they are so huge! they have so many departments and call centers! they have project managers upstairs in corporate offices that devise methods on making more money from consumers!I'm about ready to quit cable also! but I can't because my kids want SpongeBob!
