ROGERS phoned my 80 year old dad and sold him 4 cell phones that he did not need. i phoned them up and they said send them back. i did, via UPS the way they came, in the same single package not separately. some time had passed, i thought it was all good never heard anything until the bills started coming. UPS wrecked the package , three phones came back to my dads house and one is a suspiciuos package held in customs somewhere. Sent them back and again ,they returned because all 4 phones where not together, WTF ? i had all the tracking numbers and they kept blaming me for mispackaging them. WTF ? the time ran out to return the phones and UPS told me they screwed up and would give me a shipping credit, ya, fuck you! i told ROGERS all about the UPS screw up and they said it was my fault the one phone was stuck in customs and i owe them $130 ,WTF? i spent hours on the phone with both and it turned out to be cheaper to spend the $130 to make this nightmare go away, rather than send my dad to a collection agency. i have and will not ever deal with these losers again.
