Rogers is just a huge corporation bent on gaining profit from every little thing rather than service ... I'm no longer with them, many of my friends are moving out, its done! Poor Taste?

It doesn't really count as a monopoly when there are two other major providers that you can use.

They may not be a monopoly, but considering the dearth of real competition in Canada, they attitude is monopolistic,and arrogant. One would even go so far as to say they control or have no control by the CRTC, which "supposedly" looks after the consumer's interests.
