Changes which happened to my plan without notice:
1. Removed free incoming calls without notice. My bill skyrockets.
2. My evenings starting at 5 PM suddenly 9PM.
3. After 4 years using a modem with my high speed, they start charging a $5 month rental fee?
4. After 4 years high speed internet, I now get charged for using above the 60 GB cap, not what I agreed on.
5. When I added data onto my plan, I lost free rogers to rogers calling, and I'm told I now have to pay $15 a month for that
6. With a couple months left on my cursed plan, I get a great offer to reduce my monthly bill. I was not informed I was locking into a 3 year contract...and I got no free phone......and the plan sucks.
The worst. I sign up for data plan with free unlimited email. The first message I recieve "You have used 80% of your data allowance"!! I didnt even send or recieve anything or even surf. Cant wait for the enxt bill
