I agree. LD is not automatic with the plan especially call within the province. I had a $288 dollar phone bill on an $88 dollar plan! The prior month I paid $131. LD Canada plan was suggested when my bill was $131 to make it part of the plan for $5 dollars. I agreed, next month...bam! $288!! The only thing I did was text more and sent a few photos from my phone. Explain that one. Rogers knows what they are doing...thanks for telling the consumer!
