Today I realized that having bought my first phone a few weeks ago(see thread Another Case!!!) that I still held the possibility of claiming my 30 days return policy at Future Shop. I still decided to give a last chance to Rogers customer Service and was served by a real nice chap named Ovi. Ovi was bright understanding and logical. He made me feel again like Rogers can offer a great service and support. I write this thread as to thank him. Also, to let you all know about his presence in case of need. I also believe Rogers should promote such a great employee since he reflects what they truly need to help us in frustrating cases. I know usually threads are for complaints. But after being serviced by Ovi, I think thumbs up can also be added. Thanks Ovi!
