The phone shows limited connectivity. Every mesage need to go thru "RETRY" for atleast 3 times. Then you are charges for all "RETRY" bec your message actually goes 3 times.
Call customer service they will offer you upgrade (hidden pln cost is hidden till you actually get a BIG bill) and you might even receive a letter from Rogers President Robert B saying you are our valued customer so on this Xmas eve i offer you an upgrade and then you will be ripped off.
Why Canadians have to pay more when others in US/UK and other countries are paying less? Can Rogers fool the Canadians for a long run?
