Rogers always messes up bills of people with a foreign-looking last name. Almost every single friend of mine, their parents and their family has had ridiculous large amount billed to them! We wasted so much time just trying to get them to correct it. Don't ever set up pre-aurthorized payment with Rogers! Once your money is gone, you will never get it back!!!
