I am so angry and have been waiting for over 3 months for a replacement. Last rep told me he pays for his bills every month too...I told him at least he has a phone????? What's with attitude from Rogers now?
Well you can't really expect quality service when the company is full of shit. Here's my policy when dealing with thoes mo-fo's if they give you attitude, feed them the shit they like eating at some point they will shut up and give you want you want.
