I have read a lot about the issues with Rogers price plans for data. And I myself and a happy customer. beacuase I was told by an agent about the new data protection. I was intreged because in march I had a $2,000 data bill. I was not happy about that. But I was told that with all NEW data plans waether on a term or not has this data protection. Well this data protection thing covers you for all of your data accept the frist $100 including your data plan. SO what does that mean?

Well that means that if you have a data plan say like me 1GB for $30 and you exceed that then you will be charged at most a maximum of $70 in data charges. Everythiing above that Data cap of $100 is covered by rogers. And trust me I have heard of phone bills up to $10,000 from the iPhone.  So if you were like me who has had a thousnad dollar bill beacuse of data. this comes as a relif.
