Recently, Rogers tried to sneek bogus charges on my invoice. I called and got them to refund it and they did. They offered me the choice to receive detailed billing vice the very "simplified" version. That's all good.
I also am waiting for my 3rd Iphone swap...Been issues with the connector at the bottom of the phone. Took lots of patience with Rogers but they are just trying to sort the hole process out. At least, they are commited to giving me a phone that works and I am happy with that.
Found out recently that if you stream movies using 3G, you get really close to your download limit....I was up to 2 Gig in one day. Maybe we think 6 Gig a month is enough but we will soon find out that it's not.
