I'm sorry to hear about your fiance I hope he's doing better. One thing you may not know though is that the people the reps call "DIG" (dealer information group) do not talk to customers at all. Its not that the rep didn't want you talking to them, the rep just knows that they will never talk to customers directly because thats not their job they are for employees to call to look into accts.
As for your services and due date being changed you should call rogers customer care and ask to talk to retention they can fix it for you its obviously their mistake and retention is very receptive to dealing with issues like that.
