First my phone start dropping all calls after a couple seconds. The rogers support guy instructed me to turn off the 3G network, and revert to the Edge. The next day the on/off button on my phone stopped working. It has been more than 3 weeks, and still no sign of a replacement. So much for warranties!!! Expensive data plans, a crappy network, and a shitty replacement experience. Way to go Rogers! One more satisfied customer!!!!!!
