Well hello everyone. I am sad to say but I am a rogers customer. Anyways I called them the other day to ask about upgrading to iphone 3g. I was amazed it could be done!!! but I had to wait until my upgrade date that was in a month. Okay no big deal  the reason I didn't care is because he said it would be 249 so I mean at that price why not. Finally that date roles around and I stroll into rogers to grab me a new iphone! but what is this its not actually 249 its 349 even though i was quoted 249 by numerous people and trust me Im not crazy I know i happened. So I called them and they changed all the notes on the account saying it was offered at 349..So I said fuck it I'll get it. All went well, after being bitching out many service reps one finally ordered it for me and said it would be here at the end of the week. So I called the next just to see if I could get a tracking number so I didn't have to rely on rogers to tell me when my phone is coming, But oh what is this you can't get a tracking number until after ten days says the first rep. Well that is fucking pointless. so I wait... then got antsy and knowing rogers customer service recored called again now and man said that it would be there the end of the week for sure.. yeah right.. I m thinking anways I proceeded to call back everyday until today which has been a week now and EVERY TIME I GOT A DIFFERENT ANSWER ABOUT MY PHONES WHERE A BOUNCE finally today I called tracking and after being on the phone for 30 mins a nice girl informed me that they don't have any iphones at all in stock and that they don't see any coming in to them within the next week this is now 2 weeks since I have ordered it... plus still no tracking number... SO WHAT THE FUCK!! I DEMAND COMPENSATION if you promise a product to someone and and come through with it you sell the next one up. Like yesterday the gas station ran out of regular so they gave me supreme for the same price if a multi million dollar oil company with many competitors can do this why can't one multi million dollar monopolizing wireless carry do so! or simply stop telling people garbage and wasting their time and just tell them to bend over and take it! 4/11/08
