Almost $6000 in charges for one month;  her crime?  Adding applications.  This is outrageous.!  What can I do to help her other than sign a petition?

dude that is rough....I hate rogers and I would thin that they would have something in place to shut down the service when it hits a certain amount. Rogers is FUCKING stupid.

iPhone requires internet.  If you have no access to Wi-Fi, then you have to use the Edge or 3G network.  This requires a data plan, otherwise, hello really large phone bills.

I wish people would do more research.
