This plan for one phone is more expensive than our monthly bill for 2 iPhones... what a joke!

Your iphone plans certainly do NOT have unlimited data and north american roaming. Try going to another province or somewhere in teh US for a week and use your phone normally. when you get your bill, post back again...
In teh meantime, consider your apology accepted.
