So because me and my parents were new into the country, i couldn't get credit. My mother put my Rogers cell phone in her name but with my bank details so i could pay the bill. I had the phone about 2 1/2 yrs when my mother decided we should switch the phone to my name seeing as it was affecting her credit not mine when i was late paying.  My phone and contract is now over 3 yrs old but it is still connected and they keep billing me. I thought this was odd so i have contacted them by email. And they have just told me that when we switched the contract to my name it renewed my contract to a new 3 year term!!! That is total bullshit. I was never told, i never agreed to anything and i never signed any new paperwork. Plus i was never actually offered an upgrade on my handset. I guess they thought if they did that i'd notice what they did to me. Fucking Bastards!
