All of you people honestly need to quit bitching about your sad little lives. If you can't afford the phone, you cant afford it. Dont buy it and more importantly dont bitch to apple and rogers about how your meager income cant even fund 80 dollars a month. It is a premium item and any company who puts forth the R&D and vision to release a product years ahead of its time has the right to charge premium prices. Get over it you sad cheap little people. Poor Taste?

Fake steve jobs poster you are a loser, anyone in their right mind would be ticked off at the gouging going on here. In fact if you were as rich as you seem to be boasting you would realize that we have a big problem here in Canada. I don't know one person who has lots of money that likes to pay double what others pay. Go and take it up the hoop like all the others are doing and feel good about it, we'll be the squeaky oil to get you a better plan down the road so you can afford to buy a few extra pizzas a month with the savings you'll evenutally good. I don't know how far a kid pretending to be Steve Jobs can be trusted.

$80 for any cell phone in 2008 is too much, period. If you made up a large income, paying it without protesting is just another way of being selfish.

The iPhone is an advanced phone, a bit further than most other smartphones, but by no way 10-years ahead of its time. It's simply on the right time and thus, I don't consider it normal to pay R&D price; a no-contract and unlocked iPhone is exepensive enough that this is already paid for.

Of course there are more important matters in life, but it's not shutting up everytime you get walked upon that others will understand that you don't accept their condition. If you like to be f*cked by a company and take pleasure in it, that's YOUR way, but most ppl don't like it and will never do.

You stupid people cant even make an intelligible response. I repeat, IT IS A PREMIUM MOBILE DEVICE! Therefore any wise business man will charge a premium price. Dont think you are entitled to a cheap price you sad people. You are the consumer and dont forget it for even a second. I am not rich by any means. I am a Mcmaster student but you know what... I see the value in this item and im looking past the price tag.
