honestly, i had a RAZR2 V9, and i wanted the software for it. I call up rogers and say, WE CANT GIVE IT TO YOU. i say, why not? it's one of your company's phones. and he says, the only way you'll get it is by going to a bootleg shop... THANKS ALOT. Now i have to pay $50 for something that should've just came with my phone in the first place.

you guys should all smarten up and read your contracts all of them clearly state what you are getting into. As for the guy who wanted the software for the V9... Ever think of calling motorola??? oh sorry that would make to much sense! you people are the reason that us as reps have emotional breakdowns. If you dont like rogers its simple SHUT UP pay the 400$ penalty fee and leave us the hell alone. Us reps are people like you we have to make a living some how and it sucks there are people in this world low enough to tell people to die and wish their familys die over the phone. I've been with rogers for 8 years and only the past 3 have I been pissed with them. I recently added a line to my account and got the iphone, i love the phone but asked for insurance(they dont have)but they didnt have it, I asked the rep on the phone if the phone was atleast durable he said ya no problem if u drop it the screen wont crack. Now i baby my phone after about a month of owning i dropped it called in and they could do anything for me on top of that they informed me if I would have bought it three days earlier I would be eligible for a credit givin to people who recently bought the old one and didnt have a chance to see the 3gs. Not only did they tell they cant do fuck all for me they tell me that they furthor screwed me by letting my iphone when i should have waited. I work for a cell company in the states and we get screwed in Canada(no doot aboot eh?)
