I agree with the original post. I have heard that standard answer from them repeatedly. I cannot attest to whether or not they are formally trained to do this, but it appears to be standard and accepted procedure there.

R, no offense, but you seem to be judging a lot of people posting their complaints on this site. The site is meant for posting complaints to do with getting ripped off. If you don't agree with the views, that's fine... but posting inane replies to the complaints is bad form. Again, no offense. can you at least back up that statement? As representative , all we are trained to do is make changes , discuss billing , and tell the truth as we see it ,, there are some reps that give us a bad name , but the majority of us actually do want to help and fix the issue. next time you make a statement make sure you can back it up.
