Im accutally not being ripped off becuz i am a very long rogers costumer and they treat me with respect. I asked for the Iphone without a plan and they gave it without any argument. Rogers cares about their costumers and I vow to do the same. Poor Taste?

They do treat One type customers with respect. Those who pay wait too much without complaining or in more simple word -> Rich People.

haha your kidding me right? you can always get the iphone 3g without data plan but you ended up paying $250 for the iphone instead of 199?? yes that's right rogers cares about their customer... do the same lol... o just advice for you disable your apn settings under general to avoid data charges :D

I got the iphone for $199.99 without the data plan. i got my first bill and no data charges yet, even though there were some data that was transferred (about 2mb) but i phoned rogers and told them to block my data transfer just to be safe. Iphone is totally affordable.

Obviously YOU WORK FOR ROGERS. I have been with Rogers for 10+ years and they always say NO NO NO NO NO even i'm not under contract. Besides, the launch date for the iphone was July 11th, 2008 and on that day they only gave iphones to New customers. How can you get the bill when it's not even a month from July 11th? Even if you get the bill now it's not an accurate bill. They will charge you on your next bill! So don't be so sure.

I am an employee of rogers and have all my services with rogers...of course! even before I was an employee. I am speaking completely upon my own personal opinion and do not speak on behalf of the company in any way. Competitors offer unlimited data but lets be honest. the average consumer on a smartphone DO NOT use more than 6 Gigs of data a month! Thats crazy. The plans and costs associated with the iphone 3G in canada are fair. The Iphone 3G retails far more than what the consumer will pay on a 3yr term. Not to mention the plans associated with the iphone 3G are priced good as well along with the value packs. Try buying a iphone otherwise and you can pay upwards to $700 - $800 depending on model..Im a very happy customer of rogers will NEVER switch... put yourself in the companies mind of this situation...your the one in charge...what would you do? Free iphone??? Heck no! Dont forget what your getting....a state of the art in telecommunications and entertainment device. Some people paid up past $800 for a Xbox 360 or PS3...Anyways, thought I would say what I said...cya!

Hey SK sup. u been wid rogers for so long time. if they really care about the relationship they should have given you the iphone at a price lower than market price. but Rogers dont care so cuz they know they have amonopoly and you cant go anywhere else. make sense?
