My cell phone provider (fido) always make mistake, I get charge too much very often, they changed my "forfait" without telling me, then I had to pay extra fee...I have lived in Japan and fuck over there you dont pay for call you receive, and internet data is unlimited for everyone...why can't it be the same here???!?!?! Poor Taste?
