Just wondering, what are you all bitching about? How is Rogers screwing Canadians? I haven't really been able to follow the legitimacy of these complaints.. Probably because there isn't a legitimate complaint on this site.. Please.. prove me wrong.. Poor Taste?

In the states with At&t you can buy a 70$ plan with unlimited data and 450 minutes. With rogers you can get a 60$ plan with 150 minutes and 400 mbs of data. Now that is a rip off. The 6 gbs for 30$ is also a rip off and that is only for a limited time. God I hate Rogers

how is 30 for 6gb a ripoff? You do realize that all the unlimited data plans down in the states, at&t included, have a 5gb cap? I have had the iphone since day one, and i can't even use over 400mb. I have the 6gb, but i have no idea how i come close to that. I have used youtube a lot, all my work email, gps all the way to kelowna (from van) and have yet to even cross 300mb. Its not a computer, and you aren't bit torrenting on it, so why do you need some amazing unlimited plan? 6gb is unlimited in my concern.

I'm a very happy iPhone user ... who will probably be accused of being a Rogers employee because of writing this... and have no problem with the data rates and plans. 6 gigs of data is HUGE... you would need to be on your phone 24/7 to use up 6 gigs in a month's time. And for the people who keep comparing the CDN plan rates to US prices: Can you fuck off now please? No, really... PLEASE FUCK OFF... I'm not sure if you've noticed, but prices in Canada are GENERALLY more expensive than in the United States. Have you ever shopped in the States? Have you every noticed that? Perhaps every company in Canada from The Gap to Starbucks to whateverthefuckelse you can name should also lower their prices to match the cost of living in the United States. Would that make you happy? Probably not because you suck at life.

6gb is alot but its only for a limited time. Have you noticed Apple doesn't sell the iPhone in Apple Stores? Apple said they were discussed by Rogers plans and doesnt want to have anything to do with them. I use the iPhone as if it were a computer and would certainly go over the limit of 300-400mb.I get tones of emails a day through MobileMe, would use GPS every single, Safari, FaceBook, Myspace, Upload pictures to flickr, this is the god phone and all I want to do Is take advantage of it.Its notthing like my Blackberry. The 6ggb offer is good but believe it or not its not enough for me and its a limited time offer! What happens after that?! Specially during the holidays! I hope Rogers will have a better deal later on. Sure everything is cheaper in the states but realy this is just outrageous. This would be more than enough for any other phone but for the iPhone no way.

Oh and I also forgot to mention now the average HTML website is around 900kbs to 1 mb! I dont know how people say 400mb is alot for them. A youtube video can be as large as 4-9 mbs! Just imagine playing around in Safari in just a matter of minutes.
